1.1PTS 4.5“Sattimāni, bhikkhave, dhanāni.“Mendicants, there are these seven kinds of wealth.1.2Katamāni satta?What seven?1.3Saddhādhanaṁ, sīladhanaṁ, hirīdhanaṁ, ottappadhanaṁ, sutadhanaṁ, cāgadhanaṁ, paññādhanaṁ.The wealth of faith, ethics, conscience, prudence, learning, generosity, and wisdom.1.4Imāni kho, bhikkhave, satta dhanānīti.These are the seven kinds of wealth.

2.1Saddhādhanaṁ sīladhanaṁ,Faith and ethical conduct are kinds of wealth,2.2hirī ottappiyaṁ dhanaṁ;as are conscience and prudence,2.3Sutadhanañca cāgo ca,learning and generosity,2.4paññā ve sattamaṁ dhanaṁ.and wisdom is the seventh kind of wealth.

3.1Yassa ete dhanā atthi,When a woman or man3.2itthiyā purisassa vā;has these kinds of wealth,3.3Adaliddoti taṁ āhu,they’re said to be prosperous,3.4amoghaṁ tassa jīvitaṁ.their life is not in vain.

4.1Tasmā saddhañca sīlañca,∥So let the wise devote themselves4.2Pasādaṁ dhammadassanaṁ;to faith, ethical behavior,4.3Anuyuñjetha medhāvī,confidence, and insight into the teaching,4.4Saraṁ buddhāna sāsanan”ti.remembering the instructions of the Buddhas.”
