2.1Mānusopi ca bhavobhirādhito,I was also reborn as a human,2.2Saggakāyamagamaṁ sakiṁ sakiṁ;and from time to time I went to heaven.2.3Rūpadhātusu arūpadhātusu,I’ve stayed in realms <j>of luminous form and formlessness,2.4Nevasaññisu asaññisuṭṭhitaṁ.among the neither-percipient-nor-non-percipient, <j>and the non-percipient.

3.1Sambhavā suviditā asārakā,I know well these created states are insubstantial—¹3.2Saṅkhatā pacalitā saderitā;conditioned, quivering, always in motion.3.3Taṁ viditvā mahamattasambhavaṁ,When I understood that this is created in myself,3.4Santimeva satimā samajjhagan”ti.mindful, I found peace.
