1.1“Ye ime satta bojjhaṅgā,Of the seven awakening factors,1.2maggā nibbānapattiyā;the path for attaining extinguishment,1.3Bhāvitā te mayā sabbe,I have developed them all,1.4yathā buddhena desitā.just as the Buddha taught.

2.1Diṭṭho hi me so bhagavā,For I have seen the Blessed One,2.2antimoyaṁ samussayo;and this bag of bones is my last.2.3Vikkhīṇo jātisaṁsāro,Transmigration through births is finished,2.4natthi dāni punabbhavo”ti.now there’ll be no more future lives.

3.1Itthaṁ sudaṁ jentā therī gāthāyo abhāsitthāti.That is how these verses were recited by the senior nun Jentā.
